You do not have to wait for us. Press 8 during the call to block the caller, which stops them reaching you again, and press 8 a second time to flag them so a moderator picks it up.
Write to us as well if the behavior was serious, or if you believe a caller is under 18. That one we want to hear about every time.

There are some requests we get most often that we cannot do.
We cannot tell you who called you. Caller numbers are hidden from us in conversation the same way they are hidden from other callers. That protection does not have an exception for people who ask nicely.
We cannot pass a message to another caller. If a conversation ended and you did not exchange numbers, we have no way to reconnect you, and we would not do it if we could.
We cannot share anything about another caller. Not their name, their number, their location, or whether they are still calling the chat line. This holds no matter who is asking or why.
We cannot make an exception on age. Eighteen and older, without exception, for everyone.
The same rules that make those answers frustrating are the ones protecting your own information when somebody asks about you.
